Introduction to Executive Coaching
I am a coach who comes with 25 years of line management, not a human resources background. I have had to be results-oriented and deliver business needs in terms of turnover and profit. I know what it means to manage both up and down in large and small organizations. I know politics is a reality that must be managed. As a result, I have a pretty good idea of the challenges you face in your business.
My coaching comes both from this first-hand experience and a sound theoretical framework which I developed as I gained a masters degree in coaching to accompany my MA in counseling and my MBA.
The rules for success in business have evolved from a predictable, linear, steady condition to a continuous state of flux which demands that people and organizations deal with rapid change on a continuous basis. As a coach in your business, I will help you examine that change and by doing so, maximize your opportunities to make change work for you, not against you.
