I am a coach who comes with 25 years experience of line management. I have needed to be results-oriented and to deliver business needs in terms of turnover and profit. I know what it means to manage both up and down in large and small organizations. I know politics is a reality that must be managed. As a result, I have a pretty good idea of the challenges you face in your business.
My coaching comes from this first-hand experience and from a sound theoretical framework which I developed as I gained a masters degree in coaching to accompany my MA in counseling and my MBA.
The rules for success in business have changed. Leaders and managers once believed workplaces were predictable, linear and controllable.
