About Sally Gritten
I am an American who has lived in England since 1989 and I have enjoyed a variety of business roles as a worker, manager and leader. In my current role I enjoy teaching, public speaking, consulting and coaching.
Through my work I connect with individuals and organisations focussing on moving forward in a world which we can neither predict nor control. I do this through the use of human systems dynamics to shift my clients' perspectives, so they can view chaos as a reality to be influenced rather than one which must be avoided or controlled. That shift creates endless possibilities for acting and reacting in our complex world. The real-world application of HSD allows change without control. This self-organising process is truly liberating for leaders, managers and consultants in complex business systems.
