I am a coach who comes with 25 years of line management. I have had to be results-oriented and deliver business needs in terms of turnover and profit. I know what it means to mange both up and down in large and small organizations. I know politics is a reality that must be managed. As a result, I have a pretty good idea of the challenges you face in your business.

My coaching comes both from this first-hand experience and a sound theoretical framework which I developed as I gained a masters degree in coaching to accompany my MA in counseling and my MBA.
